West Wessex

Rally Notes

Start times of Rallies are 12 noon unless otherwise stated.

Please do not arrive early for a Rally – we are not covered by Insurance outside stated Start and Finish times.

Make sure you have your membership card with you at all Rallies – you will be asked to show it.

The Rally Fee is £1 for all persons over 18.

All Rallies are charged according to how the Group is charged by the vendor. Please note: this MAY incur charges for last-minute cancellations if the vendor charges us. This can sometimes happen on Commercial sites.

We have done our best to check all the Rally details and Directions to Rally Sites but cannot guarantee that they are correct. Our Group website should have up-to-date information on any changes www.westwessexmcc.co.uk otherwise please try the Rally Officer. Rally Hosts mobile numbers and email addresses are included wherever possible for booking or last-minute contact.

At some Rallies it may be possible to ‘save’ one pitch for friends, if it is paid for on arrival, but it is usually better to arrive together if you can.

Please book in all visitors to our Rally Sites with the Hosts, including Club Members who are

not attending that rally– this is an Insurance and Safety requirement.
